What happens if the battery runs out?
Don’t worry — the padlock stays securely locked and simply needs a quick recharge via USB-C to unlock again. There is an indicator showing you that the battery is low in order to avoid that scenario.
How do I set my fingerprint?
Simply press and hold the sensor for setup mode and follow the LED prompts. Once it's blue, start tapping the sensor with the finger you want to register, until the indicator shows green light. No app or Bluetooth required. There are instructions in the manual along with an email you will receive after purchasing, showing you exactly how to do it.
Can multiple people use it?
Yes! You can store up to 10 fingerprints, perfect for trusted family or friends.
Is it waterproof?
It’s splash resistant, ideal for outdoor or humid conditions — but not suitable for full water immersion.
How long does the battery last?
